I am a software support specialist by day, and part-time support person by night. I have 15
years of computer experience in many different areas. I have experience with a myriad of
Microsoft Operating Systems and Office packages. I am a Microsoft Certified Professional
and am also A+ Certified. NOTE: I do not assist with Mac or Linux issues.

All it takes to get help is to go to my contact page and get the ball rolling...

If you have an internet connection, then I use a program called "Crossloop" to connect to
your PC and assist with what you need assistance with.

If you do *not* have an internet connection (due to virus, spyware, etc.), then I can possibly
